At Jeevay.pk, we want you to love every step in our crocs. If something isn’t right, our hassle-free returns have you covered.

1. Eligibility

You may return items within 5 days of delivery if:
✅ Unworn & Undamaged: No signs of wear, scuffs, or odors.
✅ Original Packaging: Tags, labels, and dust bags intact.
✅ Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required.

Exceptions:

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., socks) are final sale.

  • Customized/personalized crocs cannot be returned.

2. How to Return

Step 1: Email us at returns@jeevay.pk or call +92 337 4894567 within 5 days.
Step 2: Pack items securely in the original box.
Step 3: Ship to: Jeevay.pk Returns Chaki Bagh Road, Iqbal Town Islamabad, Pakistan

3. Refund Options

  • Full Refund: To your original payment method (processed in 5–7 business days).

  • Store Credit: Get a 10% bonus (e.g., PKR 1,000 order → PKR 1,100 credit).

4. Exchanges

Need a different size/color?

  • Email info@jeevay.pk with your request.

  • No extra fees, but return shipping is your responsibility.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged crocs.

  • Final sale items (marked clearly on product pages).

  • Gifts without proof of purchase.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • You Pay: For returns due to change of mind.

  • We Pay: If the item is defective/wrongly shipped (we’ll email a prepaid label).

7. Damaged/Defective Products

Received a faulty pair?

  1. Notify Us: Within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Send Photos: To info@jeevay.pk for verification.

  3. Free Replacement/Refund: We’ll cover return shipping.

8. Restocking Fees

No hidden charges! Returns in original condition incur zero fees.

9. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Allow 7–10 days for bank/payment provider processing.
