1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to every corner of Pakistan, from bustling cities like Karachi and Lahore to remote villages. Wherever you are, we’ll get your crocs to you!

Express Delivery*	PKR 500	1-2 business days

*Express Delivery: Available for Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Multan.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday-Saturday).
Orders placed on Sundays/public holidays ship the next working day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Receive a tracking ID via SMS/email once your order ships.
Monitor your package in real-time using our website or courier partners (TCS, Leopards).

6. Delivery Delays

Delays can occur due to:

Extreme weather (monsoons, fog, etc.)

We’ll notify you immediately and work to resolve issues swiftly.

7. Undelivered Orders

Two delivery attempts are made.
Failed deliveries incur a PKR 200 re-shipping fee (waived for orders over PKR 1,000).
