1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jeevay.pk ("the Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

  • By placing an order, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and current information during registration.

  • Safeguard your account credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Products & Orders

  • Product Availability: Items are subject to stock. We may cancel orders if unavailable and notify you promptly.

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in PKR and may change without notice.

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are finalized once payment is processed.

5. Payment Terms

  • Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD).

  • Payment processing is secured via SSL encryption. We do not store full payment details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Shipping: Nationwide on orders over PKR 1,000.

  • Delivery times: 3–5 business days (see Shipping Policy).

  • Risk of loss/damage transfers to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • 7-Day Policy: Unworn, undamaged items may be returned for refunds/exchanges.

  • Initiate returns via Returns Portal or email info@jeevay.pk.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, designs, text) on the Site is owned by Jeevay.pk and protected under Pakistani law.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for illegal purposes or fraud.

  • Reverse-engineer, spam, or disrupt Site functionality.

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • Product Quality: We ensure rigorous quality checks but cannot guarantee indefinite durability.

  • Site Use: The Site is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties for errors, interruptions, or viruses.

11. Limitation of Liability

Jeevay.pk is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits).

  • Issues arising from third-party services (e.g., couriers, payment gateways).

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays/cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in courts in Islamabad.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
